One of my colleagues has some really weird things happening with a template.

We created a template (.cds file) to use in house which shows drawing styles to be used in house for a specific set of documents. To help the template has an example structure and some symbols embedded at the top. When you open the template you can see these structures and copy the special symbols etc. into your drawings.

For most people int eh school you then select your images and paste into word no problem, however for one of my colleagues this doesn't work - he always gets the structures embedded in the template copying across too, regardless of the fact that they are not selected!

He was using an old version of Ultra(7.01) but has now installed std 11.0 and the effect still occurs.

He is pasting into word 2007.

Any ideas what is causing this weird behaviour?

Stuart
