Ever since updating to ChemDraw 13, I have had an issue with bond being unnecessarily short when specifically including the atoms on the structure. I have changed document settings (ACS 96 preferred) and tried individually manipulating bond/atom properties with no luck.

I have attached a photo as an example. You can see that the CH2-CH2 bond and CH2-CO bond are both unsymmetrical and unusually short. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be much appreciated.

Seems you have resized the drawing, during that time you have selected the text settings by the same amount.

If so, please select No (for the "Do you want to scale the documents Drawing and Text Settings by the same amount that the drawing was resized?" warning dialog), while resize the drawing ,so that you will get the desired structure.
