I am trying to make movies of polymer formation from monomers. Much of the work can be done in Adobe Premiere, using Chem3D just for making static structures and importing these into Premiere for animation. Googling Chem3D, I see references for recording MM2 optimizatons and other functions - but only for early versions of CHem3D. For Chem3D 14, I only see documentation for recording rotations of static molecules using *.gif (looks nice) or *.avi (looks terrible). Is that all that can be recorded as movie in Chem3D 14? I did RTFM, by the way.

PS I have not yet tried going to external programs such as Camtasia (sp?), but would like to use the full capabilities of Chem3D 14.
