I am using a version of Chem3D Pro Version 14 (University License).

I am trying to overlay two structures of small molecules.

In the manuals I found online, 'structure browser' is mentioned, but I can't seem to find this in my version.

Could you help me resolving this issue?

Chem3D Pro 14.0 application included with ChemBioDraw Ultra 14.0 suite, has limited futures; for this you need ChemBio3D Ultra 14.0 application (included in ChemBio3D Ultra 14.0 suite and ChemBioOffice Ultra 2014 suite). You can obtain a fully functional 2 week evaluation version of the latest version of our products from our web site at:

You can try this trial version and confirm yourself before opting to purchase.

Also you will find the basic information as well as tutorials from the ChemBio3D Help and manual. You can download the ChemBio3D Manual from the following link.

Old thread, but I have the same question now.

Using Chem3d Pro, trial. I don't have that feature available, and there's also no such thing as ChemBio3d Ultra that I can find available for sale.

What do I do? This is the second feature presented in the tutorial that I couldn't find available in the program.

Unrelated, the program crashed so many times... wow... how is the price justified if it has the quality of an alpha version?
