Hi there,

I found out that chemdraw for excel does not work at all.

Here is my work enviornment:

1. Windows 10 version 1607 (OS build: 14393.576)

2. MS Office 2013 32 bits

3. ChemDraw Pro 16.0.0.82

BTW, The chemdraw pro 16 excel add-in works on my windows 7 x64. Unfortunately out IT push all clients PC to windows 10 version 1607 (The Windows 10 Anniversary Update)

Is any new chemdraw pro 16 patch to address this issue? Thanks lot.

Regard,

Peter

Hello,

If the problem you have with the Excel add-in is an error message when you try to add or edit a structure from Excel, please follow the information found here:

http://www.cambridgesoft.com/support/DesktopSupport/KnowledgeBase/FAQ/details/Default.aspx?TechNote=3333&l=en

If the Add-in is not loading at all, then you may want to go to File > Options > Add-ins. Select Disabled Items from the drop down menu and make sure that ChemDraw 16 is not listed there. If it is then just enable it.

You can also try the following steps:

1. Remove ChemDraw 16.

2. Repair your MS Office 2013 installation.

3. Reinstall ChemDraw

If the issue continues, please contact our support team and submit a ticket for further assistance (http://www.cambridgesoft.com/contact/support/)
