Hi,
Has anyone experienced an issue where Chemdraw installs (I've seen it with 16 and 18) can't install the Python component and just sit there with a spinning arrow suggesting it's still being installed. I've seen it on a few machines, and I wondered if it was a known or new issue.
Thanks. |

Hi, Thank you for contacting PerkinElmer Informatics. Please make sure that you are installing by right-clicking the executable file and selecting the option to "Run as Administrator". The Phyton installer will check for older versions installed on the system before proceeding. PerkinElmer Informatics Support. |

I ended up logging a ticket, as I wasn't getting an immediate response here. It seemed to be an issue specific to Windows 10, and was replicable. I believe support may be looking into it. |
