I have recently installed Chemdraw 19. But when I want to copy the structures to word, word freezes and a dialogue window pops up saying: There was a problem with word. The structure finally ends up in word, but only as an image not editable anymore. I am running 365Office. Thank for advice

We are not sure about your MS Office Word version.Also not sure it is for Mac OSX or Windows.

I have the same issue. I am currently runnign a freshly installed 19.1 ChemDraw alongwith uptodate Microsoft Office 365. When I was using V17 there was no such a problem. Please watch the vide provided by link.
