When creating a new database in E-notebook 12.0, an application error occurs: "Full-Text Search is not installed, or a full-text component cannot be loaded."

What can I do? I was pretty sure that everything was properly installed....

It seems the full text search [SQL Server FullText Search (CSSQL05)] service is not installed or not started. Please check the service is
Please check whether the Microsoft SQL Server FullText Search (CSSQL05) service is installed and the service is started. You can find these two by the following ways.

1. Open "Services" from Start > Programs > Administrative Tools. Otherwise, Go to Administrative Tools from the Control Panel and then select "Services"
2. Check whether the SQL Server FullText Search (CSSQL05) service is started or not. If not then start the service by right clicking the mouse over SQL Server FullText Search (CSSQL05) and click start.
3. Retest the problem.

Alternately you can check and start the service through “SQL Server Configuration Manager” (Start > All Programs > Microsoft SQL Server 2005 > Configuration Tool)
