Hello,

I am Aravind. Tried out the iPad app, it is amazing. However I am trying to link the chemdraw files created on the desktop using the desktop suite to the iPad App. Please let me know the options available to achieve this. Appreciate any info.

Thanks,

Aravind.

I am afraid ChemDraw for iPad is not compatible with desktop products officially for now. If you really want to try it, maybe you can try this way: send ChemDraw files (.cdxml) created by desktop suite to yourself first, and then go to your iPad, log in your mail box. When you download it, you can choose “open with ChemDraw” on your iPad.

Dropbox is integrated into both ChemDraw desktop and iPad; you can save to a common Dropbox folder to make file exchange even faster. Dropbox is a new feature in ChemDraw for iPad (it launched less than a week ago).

We appreciate the kind words. Please stay connected with us!
