Connect to the Columbus server via SSH.

Issue the following command:

$ rpm -qa | grep -E 'Columbus|Acapella'

Example output:

[root@BigRed ~]# rpm -qa | grep -E 'Columbus|Acapella'
Acapella-server-2.8.3.144770-1.rhel6.noarch
Columbus-nginx-1.0.8-2.rhel6.x86_64
Columbus-omero-2.8.3.144770-gen.x86_64
