In the planar views (XYZ, XY, XZ, YZ, Z planes Extended focus)

Mac:

- Select the Magnifying glass tool from the tool bar

- Hover the cursor over the image

- left mouse click to zoom in

- to zoom out hold down the Alt key on the keyboard, you should see a '-' sign appear next to the magnifying glass cursor icon

- Click the left mouse button to zoom out.

Windows PC:

- Select the Magnifying glass tool from the tool bar

- Hover the cursor over the image

- left mouse click to zoom in

- Hold down the Control key on the keyboard, you should see a '-' sign appear next to the magnifying glass

- Click the left mouse button.

On both platforms you can reset the view i.e. return the zoom level to it's original state by double clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

In the 3D rendered views

Mac and Windows PC:

- click on the magnifying glass icon from the toolbar

- hover the cursor over the image and hold the left mouse button down, zoom in by moving the mouse towards you, zoom out by moving the mouse away from you.

To return the view to it's original zoom level go to the 'Image' menu > 'Reset view'
