One of our users encountered this error while signing in E-Notebook 9.0.127:
"Sorry, an error occurred while connecting to the central database (while setting up connection to business tier: ActiveX component can't create object)." He can sign in to the application using his colleague's PC. All other users have no trouble signing in. I believe this is a local PC issue. Most likely it's related to VBScript. How to resolve this issue? |
