Running ENContainer /? Will show you the options:
"ENContainer /SERVICE serviceName /USER username [/PASSWORD password] [/OFFLINE] [/CENTRAL] [/LOGGING loggingBits] [/PATH xmlPath] [/SCRIPT fileName] [/?]".

This is my understanding of what the options are:

/SERVICE - to point at a specific ENClientConfig file
/USER /PASSWORD
/OFFLINE - startup offline
/CENTRAL - this seems to prevent offline working
/LOGGING - see logging documentation for bit values
/PATH uses collection key only (which is unique) e.g. /PATH "<collection key='375' />"
/SCRIPT - this seems to be a way of specifying a file that can have "*" elements which can contain windows commands. So you could execute a series of commands post startup. I have no documentation examples on how this could be used.
