Answer:

There is no out-of the-box report for that.

To have this kind of dashboard inside E-Notebook, you can create a custom section type where the corresponding SQL is configured for a Database Table Field.

Are there any reporting tools or standard reports available for the ELN?

I have a requirement to list all notebooks in the system including details of who has access to them (Read or Read/Write) and the folder which the book belongs to. Whilst this could be achived by writing a SQL query I was wondering if there were any other options for this or at least a recommended approach.
