In the Experiment and Analysis page of the High Content Profiler wizard (1st step/page), select "Non-plate object based" under Analysis Type. "Non-plate object based" analysis type will generate all the visualizations and perform analysis/machine learning at the cell or object level. If "Plate cell based" is selected, the cell level data will be aggregated to well level data after the completion of cell data workflow. |
